Hello! I’m ALi Habbache.
I’m a strategist and relationship builder passionate about innovation, client-centric thinking, and creating meaningful impact. In my current role as a Customer Success Manager at IBM, I partner with clients to drive adoption, influence product direction through user insight, and bridge the gap between customer outcomes and technical solutions.
Over the past year, I’ve deepened my focus on product thinking—shadowing product managers across diverse teams, earning my PMP certification, and completing specialized training to expand my technical and strategic toolkit. I’m energized by the intersection of business, technology, and user advocacy—where thoughtful products can transform everyday experiences.
To further strengthen this foundation, I’m currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Product Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences. This program is helping me sharpen my skills in product strategy, agile leadership, and innovation—complementing my current work and supporting my long-term growth into product leadership.
Outside of work, I host a podcast on intentional leadership and growth, sharing practical tools to help others navigate work and life with purpose.
